After having tried Topaz DeNoise I must say that at least Neat image is more complex to master in comparasion – and I have some knowledge about waves and frequencies.
A person with lesser knowledge in that field will always have difficulties understanding all the NI features.
DeNoise is as simple as two adjustments
“Amount of removal” and
That’s all there is – if you want to stay at that level. You’ll get the same result at least as with NI.
Click the “Advanced” tab and have four more adjustments… and an additional level of “precision” (which makes a huge difference in time spent calculating the new image).
