Looking good!!
Now give me something similar for 50-150 or 70-200 and I’ll bite.

2010-07-09: Argh…. 70-200 with FLD glass –

NOW!
Where is that wallet!? 8-}}

Ouch €770 [1]+ 680 [2] + 1500 [3] !? Pheui…  That’s hefty,  € 2950 – the price of a good car.

Add:
[4] one Circular polarizer – € 130 and
[5] an ND110 which is € 100 and
[6] a Kata bag – € 150…

… and we’re up to € 3330.
To increase reach; add 1.4x and 2.0x converters – 240 and 290 € – the sum is up to 3860 €.

That would cover nicely for low light, long exposures and almost any situation you could think of… but not macro.
For macro: Add yet another 200 € for a set of Kenko extension tubes (or similar).

Now, do you need a tripod?
