Using “DCP” profiles?
i.e. X-Rite ColorChecker Passport (link above)?

This one seems old and not fully functional, but may help for some:
Free software, GPL, open source. Takes the output from above and creates ICC profiles.
Convert DCP (Camera RAW profiles) to ICC profiles (more general).
